Pastor Chris Oyakhilome grew up on the 7 thDecember 1973. He was the first member of his family to be born. He finished his primary and secondary education at Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma in Edo State, Nigeria. There he earned an BSc.
AAU also awarded him an honorary Doctor of Science. He also holds an honorary doctorate in divinity from Benson Idahosa University. The Reverend Chris was once married to Anita Obhodaghe, and they have two children.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome began his ministry journey while still at AAU. The Believers’ LoveWorld fellowship was at the time known as Youths For Christ (YFC).
YFC quickly grew and became the largest campus fellowship. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is the home of the church. Believer’s LoveWorld is now home to millions of followers and associates all over the globe.

Trauma Care International Foundation
The Trauma Care International Foundation was established to improve the health status and lifespan of communities and countries by promoting improved emergency response services in the event of accidents and other emergencies. The foundation is able to accomplish this feat by supporting the national policies relating to trauma care and health education.
