Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was born on 7 th of December 1973, to Mr and Mrs Tim Oyakhilome, as the first son of the family. He was a pupil at the secondary and primary school. He then went to Ambrose Alli University (AAU) in Ekpoma, Edo State of Nigeria and graduated with a BSc. in Architecture.

YFC rapidly grew and eventually was the largest campus-based fellowship. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is home to the headquarters of the church. Believer’s LoveWorld is a global ministry with millions upon millions of associates across the globe, is now called Believers LoveWorld.
Through the 2002 atmosphere for the miracles program, BLW rose to prominence as a Christian ministry on television in Africa. The program was cancelled in May 2004 by the president of Nigeria, Olusegun Obasanjo who declared that the churches would stop broadcasting miracles on TV.

Trauma Care International Foundation
The Trauma Care International Foundation was created to improve the health and quality of life of local communities and nations through the promotion of improved emergency response services in the case of accidents or emergencies. This foundation will help support the national policies for trauma care by supporting the advocacy process as well as health education and community-based initiatives.
Over a thousand people have received first aid and safety training through the foundation. Their track record indicates that they were able train thousands of students, teachers as well as law enforcement personnel, caregivers and road transport workers.
