Pastor Chris Oyakhilome grew up on the 7 thDecember 1973. He was the first of his family members to be born. He attended secondary and primary school, then he went to Ambrose Alli University (AAU) in Ekpoma, Edo State of Nigeria and graduated with a BSc. in Architecture.

AAU also awarded him an honorary Doctor of Science award. He also has an honorary Doctor of Science from Benson Idahosa University. Chris Oyakhilome Reverend Chris was one time a husband to Anita Obhodaghe. He and she have two wonderful children.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome began his ministry while a student at AAU. The Believers’ LoveWorld Fellowship which is now Believers LoveWorld Incorporated, was at the time called Youths For Christ.

YFC expanded and was the largest church on campus. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is the home of the church’s headquarters. Believer’s LoveWorld is a global ministry with millions upon millions associates around the world, is now called Believers LoveWorld.

Through the 2002 atmosphere of miracles program, BLW became Africa’s most prominent Christian ministry. The program was canceled in May 2004 , when President Olusegun Obasanjo of Nigeria declared that churches must stop broadcasting miracles.

Pastor Chris’s Ministry comprises four distinct parts that include publishing ministry (healing ministry), television ministry (teaching ministry) and healing ministry (publishing ministry). The Future Africa Leaders Foundation is an initiative set up to explore and expand the potential for leadership of Africans. The InnerCity Mission for Children is an evangelical Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO). The NGO was established in 2005 in order to reach vulnerable, poor, orphaned children in the world.

The foundation assists these deprived children and their families through long-lasting and participatory interventions which include child development programs and childcare programs, family strengthening programmes, InnerCity Mission for Children School, etc.

Trauma Care International Foundation

The TraumaCare International Foundation was created in order to increase the life expectancy and health of local communities. The foundation plans to accomplish this feat by educating the public about health advocacy, community-based and other programs , while also providing assistance to national policies on trauma treatment.

More than a thousand sessions of training for emergency safety and security have been offered by the foundation. Outreach helps people learn God’s Word and also allows them to be impacted by the life-changing message from Jesus Christ.

BFAM was able to distribute hundreds and thousands of Rhapsody Bibles for free to hospitals, prisons as well as communities across numerous countries, including South Africa and Nigeria.
