Pastor Chris Oyakhilome is the first son of the Oyakhilomes, having been born to Tim Oyakhilome and Chris Oyakhilome on the 7 th December 1973. He completed his secondary and primary studies at Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma in Edo State, Nigeria. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome The university awarded him a BSc.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome began his ministry career while at AAU. The Believers’ LoveWorld Fellowship (now Believers LoveWorld Incorporated) was at the time known as Youths For Christ.

YFC has grown to become the largest campus-based church. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. The church’s headquarters are in Lagos. Believer’s LoveWorld is today a global church with thousands of members and associates around the world.

Through the 2002 atmosphere for miracles programme, BLW rose to prominence as an Christian ministry on TV in Africa. They stopped airing the programme in May 2004, after the then President of Nigeria – Olusegun Obasanjo announced that the country’s president had resigned Olusegun Obasanjo announced that churches should stop airing miracles on the television.

The foundation recognizes these young leaders by presenting them with awards named The Next African Leaders’ Awards. The InnerCity Mission for Children is a religious-based non-governmental Organisation (NGO). The NGO was established in 2005, with the intention of reaching the needy, poor, orphaned and vulnerable children who are poor in the world.

Children who are homeless are assisted by the foundation with participatory interventions that incorporate family strengthening programs as and child development programs.

Trauma Care International Foundation

The Trauma Care International Foundation was founded to improve the standard of living and the general health of communities and nations by promoting better emergency response services in case of accidents and emergencies. The foundation’s goal is to achieve this goal through community-based programs, advocacy, health education and advocacy. It also supports national policies on trauma care.

The foundation has provided over a thousand first aid safety, emergency response training. They have trained thousands of police officers, teachers and caregivers as well as road transporters.

Volunteer Medical Corps (VMC).
The Volunteer Medical Corps, a Christian medical outreach that is dedicated to providing aid materials as well as medical assistance and education to people who are internally displaced as well as refugees from regions that have been affected by natural and man-made catastrophes.
