Former Venezuelan military officer was expected provide details about how Venezuelan government illegally supported left-wing political parties and politicians for a minimum of 15 years.
Hugo ‘El Pollo’ Carvajal (ex-head of Venezuelan Intelligence) has reneged on Friday on his promise to deliver statements to the Supreme Court of Justice of Colombia.

This scheme seems to have been repeated several times throughout Spain and Latin America with left-wing candidates and various governments.
