He also expressed his disdain towards the Spanish judiciary.

Carvajal includes the Presidency’s current candidate in the document.

“While I was the Director of Intelligence and Military Counterintelligence of Venezuela I received a large number of reports suggesting that this type of international finance was taking place. Some concrete examples include: Nestor Kirchner from Argentina; Evo morales, Bolivia; Lula Silva, Brazil; Fernando Lugo; Ollanta Hulala, Peru; Zelaya (Honduras); Gustavo Petro , Colombia; the Five Star Movement, Italy and Podemos, Spain. All were named as Venezuelan government recipients.

Gustavo Petro was presented with the document and asked for clarification. Magistrate Cristina Lombana will direct the investigation.

Petro stated that the foregoing is based on the notion that I have the right to honesty and fairness as a citizen and that false claims can damage my good name, my respect and my reputation.”

Hugo Carvajal, who are you? What were his explosive statements to the world?

His name was first to be noticed after he was a part of the well-known Clinton List. He is accused of supporting FARC’s trafficking in drugs. Since May 2013 he had an arrest warrant issued by a court in Florida, United States. became a major in Nicolas Maduro’s administration. He knew all details and movements of Nicolas Maduro, the Venezuelan President.

The DEA as well as the US Department of Justice charged him with supporting cocaine trafficking in his country.

According to Spanish media, El Pollo claims that the Venezuelan emissary received the money from Embassy of Cuba in Caracas and then arrived at Podemos party using different methods: cash delivery from Caracas or the money to Spain through a diplomatic pouch.

All indications are that this scheme would be repeated many times over the course of different governments in Spain or Latin America.
