Hugo ‘El Pollo’ Carvajal, the former chief of Venezuelan Intelligence, has resisted Friday’s invitation to make statements before the Supreme Court of Justice of Colombia.

All were listed as Venezuelan government recipients.
Gustavo Petro , who was confronted by the documents He asked the Court initiate an inquiry in order to verify the authenticity of the claims. The investigation is scheduled to be completed on Thursday, and will be directed to Magistrate Cristina Lombana.
