NEW YORK, Sept. 8, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — The Israel Ministry of Tourism announced today record-breaking tourism arrivals from the United States visiting Israel in the months of July and August. 78,000 tourists from the United States visited Israel in July 2022. This is a four percent increase over the year before and 71,000 tourists from the United States in august 2022. This is 13% more than 2019.

Canada is also on track, like the United States, to surpass the amount of tourists that visit Israel. In July 2022 Canada had 7,200 visitors while August saw the number increase to 6,000.
