NEW YORK – September 8 2022- New record breaking tourism arrivals from the United States were announced today by the Israel Ministry of Tourism. The country welcomed 78,000 tourists from the United States during July 2022, an increase of 4% over the year before and 71,000 visitors from the United States during August 2022. That’s 13% growth over 2019.

Israel received more than 4.6 million tourists in the year of 2019. 969,600 came of the United States. The country’s official reopening for all tourists in May saw more than 600,000.
