Israel received 78,000 visitors from the United States for July 2022. This is a four percent increase over 2019 and 71,000 tourists from the United States for August 2022. This represents an increase of 13% over 2019.

In the year 2019, Israel welcomed more than 4.6 million global tourists, 969,600 of them coming from the United States, and since its official reopening to everyone regardless of their vaccination status in May, the country has already received over 600,400 US visitors.
