NEW YORK – Sep. 8 2022, /PRNewswire/- The Israel Ministry of Tourism today announced new records for arrivals of tourists in Israel from the United States in July and august. Israel welcomed 78,000 American tourists during July 2022. It was a four percent increase from 2019, while 71,000 American tourists visited Israel in August 2022.

Canada is home to 7,200 tourists in July 2022, and 6,000 in August, isn’t much from the United States.

Israel welcomed more than 4.6million visitors in the year 2019 of which 969,600 came from the United States. Since May, when the country is now open to all tourists regardless of vaccination status over 600,000.400 US visitors have visited Israel.
