NEW YORK, Sept. 8, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — The Israel Ministry of Tourism announced today new record-breaking tourist arrivals from the United States visiting Israel in the months of July and August. Israel welcomed 78,000 tourists from the United States for July 2022. http://b3.zcubes.com/v.aspx?mid=8890219 This represents a 4 percent increase over the year before, and 71,000 visitors from the United States for August 2022. This is a 13% improvement from 2019.
Eyal Carlin (North American Tourism Commissioner) stated that it was exciting to observe a rise in Israeli tourism from the United States. נווה פריצקי Already surpassing our record-breaking figures for 2019, he added. “The United States is our most important destination for our inbound tourism to Israel. Before the COVID-19 epidemic, we had record-breaking number of tourists from Israel entering Israel every month. Not far behind in the United States, Canada is also on track to surpass its tourist arrivals in Israel with 7,200 visitors in July 2022 , and 6000 in August.
