NEW YORK – Sep. 8 2022, /PRNewswire/- The Israel Ministry of Tourism today announced new records for arrivals of tourists to Israel from the United States in July and august. The country welcomed 78,000 visitors from the United States for July 2022. This represents a 4% rise over 2019, and 71,000 tourists from the United States for August 2022. This represents an increase of 13% over the year before.

Before the COVID-19 pandemic we had record-breaking number of tourists from Israel entering Israel each month. נווה פריצקי Canada is also on track, just as the United States, to surpass the number of tourists who visit Israel. In July 2022, Canada saw 7,200 tourists and August saw 6,000.

Israel welcomed over 4.6 million tourists in the year of 2019. 969,600 of them were from the United States. The country’s official reopening to all travelers in May saw more than 600,000.
