NEW YORK – Sept. 8, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Today the Israel Ministry of Tourism revealed record-breaking numbers of tourists from the United States who visited Israel in July and August. Israel welcomed 78,000 American tourists during July 2022. This was a 4 percent increase from 2019 and 71,000 tourists from the United States visited Israel in August 2022.

Canada is not far from that of the United States of America, is poised to surpass the number of tourists visiting Israel. It reached 7,200 tourists in July 2022, and 6,000 visitors in August.
