That’s 13% increase over 2019.

Canada is in the process, like the United States, to surpass the number of tourists who visit Israel. In July 2022, Canada saw 7,200 tourists and August saw 6,600.

In 2019, Israel welcomed more than 4.6 million international tourists including 969,600 from the United States, and since the country’s official opening to everyone regardless of their vaccination status in May of this year Israel has received more than 600,400 US visitors.
