The country welcomed 78,000 tourists from the United States in July 2022 that’s a 4 percent increase from the year before, and 71,000 total travelers from the United States in August 2022 that’s an increase of 13% from 2019.

In the year 2019, Israel welcomed more than 4.6 million tourists from around the world, 969,600 of them coming from the United States, and since the country’s official opening to all travelers regardless of the status of their vaccination in May this year, the country has already seen over 600,400 US visitors.
