NEW YORK, Sept. 8, 2022/PRNewswire/ — The Israel Ministry of Tourism announced today record-breaking numbers of tourists from the United States visiting Israel in the months of July and August. Israel received 78,000 visitors from the United States during July 2022 which is an increase of 4% over 2019 and 71,000 travelers from the United States during August 2022. That’s 13% growth over 2019.

We are thrilled to witness this positive change and expect it to continue for many months and years.”
Canada is home to 7,200 visitors in July 2022 and 6,000 in August is not much behind the United States.

Israel welcomed more that 4.6 million tourists from abroad in the year 2019 including 969.600 coming from the United States.
