NEW YORK – September 8 2022new record-breaking tourist arrivals from the United States were announced today by the Israel Ministry of Tourism. Israel welcomed 78,000 travelers from the United States in July 2022 that’s a 4 percent increase from the year before and 71,000 total visitors from the United States in August 2022 which is an increase of 13% from 2019.

In the year 2019, Israel welcomed more than 4.6 million tourists from around the world 969,600 of whom came from the United States, and since its official reopening to everyone regardless of their vaccination status in May this year The country has witnessed over 600,400 US visitors.
