Pastor Chris Oyakhilome grew up on the 7 thDecember 1973. He was the first member of his family members to be born. Following his primary and secondary education, he enrolled in Ambrose Alli University in Ekpoma (Edo State), Nigeria, where the university awarded him an BSc. in Architecture.

YFC increased in size, and became the largest campus organization. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Trauma Care International Foundation
The Trauma care International Foundation was created to increase the quality of life and the longevity in local communities and nations.
