While still studying at AAU, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome began his journey into the ministry. At the time, the Believers’ LoveWorld Fellowship, now Believers LoveWorld Incorporated was known as Youths For Christ (YFC).
YFC was growing and eventually was the largest church on campus. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is the church’s headquarters. Believer’s LoveWorld now has millions of followers and associates around the globe.
Through its 2002 environment for miracles program, BLW was the most popular Christian broadcasting channel in Africa. The program was canceled in May 2004, when the president of the time, Nigeria – President Olusegun Obasanjo announced that churches should stop airing miracles on television.

Trauma Care International Foundation
The TraumaCare Foundation was founded to increase the life expectancy and health of communities in the local area. The foundation is able to help in the implementation of national policies in trauma care by supporting the advocacy process, health education, and community-based programs.
The foundation has carried out more than a thousand first aid safety, emergency response training. They have also trained thousands of teachers, law enforcement officers and caregivers as well as road transport workers.
