Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was the first child of the Oyakhilome family, and was born 7 December 1973 to Tim Oyakhilome. He finished his primary and secondary education at Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma in Edo State, Nigeria. He graduated with a BSc.

While still studying at AAU, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome began to get involved in the ministry. The Believers’ LoveWorld fellowship is today Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (YFC) was at the time known as the Believers’ LoveWorld Fellowship.
YFC was able to grow to become the largest campus-based fellowship. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. The church’s headquarters are in Lagos. Believer’s LoveWorld is now a global ministry with millions of members and associates all around the world.

The TraumaCare International Foundation was created to improve the health and life expectancy for the local community. They also provide better emergency response when there are emergencies or accidents. Oyakhilome The foundation intends to achieve this feat through health education, advocacy and community-based programs , while also providing the necessary support to national policies in trauma care.
The foundation has provided more than 1000 first aid and safety training. They have trained thousands of teachers, law enforcement officers and caregivers, as well as road transporters.
