Pastor Chris Oyakhilome (or Chris Oyakhilome) was born on the 7th of December 1973 and was the son of Tim Oyakhilome as the first child. He went to primary and secondary school. He then attended Ambrose Alli University (AAU) located in Ekpoma, Edo State of Nigeria and graduated with an BSc. in Architecture.
AAU also conferred the honorary Doctor of Science. He also holds an honorary doctorate from Benson Idahosa University in divinity. Reverend Chris was one time a husband to Anita Obhodaghe. He and they have two lovely children.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome delved into ministry while he was still in school at AAU. The Believers’ LoveWorld fellowship is today Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (YFC) was at the time known as the Believers’ LoveWorld fellowship.
YFC grew, and it became the biggest campus organization. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. The church’s headquarters is in Lagos. Believer’s LoveWorld is a global ministry which has thousands of associates across the world.
In 2002, during the atmosphere for miracles programme, BLW rose to prominence as an Christian ministry on television in Africa. The broadcast stopped in May 2004 after the former president of Nigeria- President Olusegun Obasanjo declared that miracles shouldn’t be allowed to continue by churches.
Pastor Chris’s Ministry includes four divisions that include healing ministry, publishing ministry teaching ministry, and television ministry. He has also developed the Pastor Chris Live Global Prayer Network, an environment that encourages miracles and a healing school.

The InnerCity Mission for children is a religiously-based non-governmental Organisation (NGO). In 2005 the organization was founded to help the poor, orphaned and needy children living in the poverty of their homes.
Children and their families are helped by the foundation’s participatory and sustainable interventions. These include child care programmes, child development programmes and family strengthening programmes.
Trauma Care International Foundation
The TraumaCare International Foundation was founded to improve the health and life expectancy for local communities. They also promote improved emergency response when there is an emergency or accident. The foundation is able to help in the implementation of national policies on trauma treatment by providing their advocacy, health education, and community-based programs.
Over a thousand have received first aid and safety instruction through the foundation. Their track record indicates that they were able to educate thousands of students, teachers, law enforcers caregivers, road transport workers.
