Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was the first child of the Oyakhilome family, and was born the 7th of December, 1973, to Tim Oyakhilome. He attended secondary and primary school, then he attended Ambrose Alli University (AAU) located in Ekpoma, Edo State of Nigeria in which he earned an BSc. in Architecture.

AAU has also conferred on him an honourary Doctor of Science. He has also been awarded an honorary doctorate from Benson Idahosa University in divinity. The Reverend Chris was once married to Anita Obhodaghe, and they are blessed with two children.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome began his ministry journey while still at AAU. The Believers’ LoveWorld Fellowship is now Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (YFC) was known at that time as Believers’ LoveWorld Fellowship.
