Pastor Chris Oyakhilome (or Chris Oyakhilome) was born on the 7th of December 1973, to Tim Oyakhilome as the first child. He was educated in elementary and secondary education from Ambrose Alli University. After his graduation, he received an BSc Architecture.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome entered into ministry while in school at AAU. The Believers’ LoveWorld Fellowship, now Believers LoveWorld Incorporated, was in the beginning known as Youths For Christ.
YFC expanded and was the largest of the fellowships on campus. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is the home of the headquarters of the church. Believer’s LoveWorld today has millions of associates and followers across the world.
BLW became the most well-known Christian ministry on television across Africa, through its”Atmosphere for Miracles” programme in 2002. The broadcast stopped in May 2004, after the former President of Nigeria- President Olusegun Obasanjo declared that miracles must be stopped by churches.
Pastor Chris’s Ministry comprises four different branches including publishing ministry, the healing ministry, television ministry and teaching ministry. It is from these ministries that he has culled out the healing school, atmosphere for miracles, and the Pastor Chris live global prayer network.

The InnerCity Mission for children is a faith-based non-governmental Organisation (NGO). The organization was founded in 2005 in order to assist vulnerable, low-income orphaned kids around the world.
