Chris Oyakhilome: Biography of the President Of Christ Embassy Church

Chris Oyakhilome (Nigeria) is a pastor, television host and author. He is the President of the Believers’ LoveWorld Inc, also known as Christ Embassy International.

Chris Oyakhilome Background
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome (or Chris Oyakhilome) was born on the 7th of December 1973, to Tim Oyakhilome as the first child. He was educated in elementary and secondary education from Ambrose Alli University. After his graduation, he received an BSc Architecture.

AAU also presented him with an honorary Doctor of Science award. He also holds an honorary doctorate in divinity from Benson Idahosa University. Reverend Chris was earlier was married to Anita Obhodaghe. They have two children.

Chris Oyakhilome Ministries
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome entered into ministry while in school at AAU. The Believers’ LoveWorld Fellowship, now Believers LoveWorld Incorporated, was in the beginning known as Youths For Christ.

YFC expanded and was the largest of the fellowships on campus. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is the home of the headquarters of the church. Believer’s LoveWorld today has millions of associates and followers across the world.

BLW became the most well-known Christian ministry on television across Africa, through its”Atmosphere for Miracles” programme in 2002. The broadcast stopped in May 2004, after the former President of Nigeria- President Olusegun Obasanjo declared that miracles must be stopped by churches.

Pastor Chris’s Ministry comprises four different branches including publishing ministry, the healing ministry, television ministry and teaching ministry. It is from these ministries that he has culled out the healing school, atmosphere for miracles, and the Pastor Chris live global prayer network.

Future Africa Leaders’ Foundation (FALF)
The Future Africa Leaders Foundation, an initiative that aims to enhance the leadership potentials Africans were born, was established. The foundation celebrates and supports youngsters Africans who have demonstrated the qualities of a leader by making a positive impact in their own generation. They do this through education, youth empowerment and mentoring.

The foundation recognizes these young leaders with an award ceremony called The Next African Leaders’ Awards. The InnerCity Mission For Children

The InnerCity Mission for children is a faith-based non-governmental Organisation (NGO). The organization was founded in 2005 in order to assist vulnerable, low-income orphaned kids around the world.

The children and communities are supported by the foundation’s participative and sustainable interventions. These include programs for childcare as well as child development programs and programs to strengthen families.

Trauma Care International Foundation

The Trauma Care International Foundation was created to improve the quality of life and overall health of communities as well as nations by promoting better emergency response services for accidents and emergencies.
