Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was the first child born to the family of Oyakhilome, and was born 7 December 1973 to Tim Oyakhilome. Chris Oyakhilome Family He completed his secondary and primary studies at Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma in Edo State, Nigeria. There he earned a BSc.

While still in school at AAU, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome began to get involved in the ministry. The Believers’ LoveWorld Fellowship, now Believers LoveWorld Incorporated, was at the time called Youths For Christ.

YFC quickly grew and became the largest campus church. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is the location of the church. Believer’s LoveWorld today has millions of associates and followers around the globe.

With the 2002-themed the miracles show, BLW became Africa’s most popular Christian ministry. The program was cancelled by President Olusegun Obasanjo in May 2004.

These children and their communities are helped by the foundation’s participative and sustainable interventions. These include child care programmes including child development programmes, as well as family strengthening programmes.
