Chris Oyakhilome Biography of The President Of Christ Embassy Church

Chris Oyakhilome from Nigeria is a pastor, a TV host, and an an author. He is the CEO and President of Believers’LoveWorld Incorporated which is also known as Christ Embassy International.

Chris Oyakhilome Background
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was the first child born to the family of Oyakhilome, and was born 7 December 1973 to Tim Oyakhilome. He received his elementary and secondary education from Ambrose Alli University. After his graduation, he received the degree of BSc Architecture.

AAU also granted the honorary Doctor of Science prize. He also has an honorary doctorate of divinity from Benson Idahosa University. Reverend Chris was one time a husband to Anita Obhodaghe. He and they have two lovely children.

Chris Oyakhilome ministry
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome began his ministry journey while still at AAU. The Believers’ LoveWorld fellowship, now Believers LoveWorld Incorporated, was in the beginning known as Youths For Christ.

YFC was growing, and eventually became the biggest campus organization. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is the church’s main office. Believer’s LoveWorld is a global ministry with millions upon millions associates across the globe is now known as Believers LoveWorld.

BLW was the most well-known Christian ministry on TV across Africa, through its”Atmosphere for Miracles” programme in 2002. The program was cancelled in the month of May, 2004 by the President of Nigeria, Olusegun Obasanjo who announced that churches would no longer broadcast miracles on television.

Pastor Chris’s Ministry includes four branches: publishing ministry; the healing ministry, television ministry and teaching ministry. It was from those ministries that he has culled out the healing school, environment for miracles, and Pastor Chris live prayer network.

Future Africa Leaders’ Foundation (FALF)
The Future Africa Leaders Foundation (FALF) is a program designed to help develop and enhance the potential of leadership in Africans. The foundation encourages and recognizes young Africans who have displayed leadership qualities by making a positive impact in their own generation. It does this through education, youth empowerment, and mentoring.

The foundation recognizes the young leaders through an award ceremony dubbed The Future Africa Leaders’ Award. It is held on the eve of every new year at the LoveWorld Convocation Arena, (LCA), Billings Way Oregun, Ikeja. Winners are presented with an award by Reverend Chris Oyakhilome (President of BLW).

The InnerCity Mission For Children

The InnerCity Mission for children is a faith-based non-governmental Organisation (NGO). In 2005, the NGO was established to assist the poor homeless, depressed, orphaned and children who are vulnerable .

These destitute children are supported by the foundation with participatory interventions that incorporate family strengthening programmes , as and child development programs.

Trauma Care International Foundation

The Trauma Care International Foundation was created to improve the quality of life and overall health of communities and countries by encouraging better emergency response services in case of accidents and emergencies. The foundation is able to accomplish this feat by supporting national policies on health education and trauma treatment.

The foundation has provided more than 1000 first-aid emergency, safety, and training. The foundation has also trained more than 1000 instructors, law enforcement officers caregivers, road transport workers.

Volunteer Medical Corps
The Volunteer Medical Corps, a religious outreach of the church, is dedicated to providing aid materials as well as medical assistance and education for internally displaced people and refugees living in regions that have been affected by natural or man-made catastrophes.

The outreach includes students, paramedics as well as christian doctors from every nation. They provide medical emergency care, relief assistance as well as sustainable health-care solutions to those who are in need.

VMC also provides health care services to communities in need and manpower development to local health professionals. VMC accepts all individuals whose primary aim is to improve health and offer humanitarian assistance to those who are most in need.

Bible For All Nation (BFAM).
Bible For All Mission (BFAM), a christian organization, is dedicated in creating, producing and worldwide distribution of Bibles for everyone. It is available in every language and format that they know about. Outreach helps people understand God’s Word while also allowing them to be impacted by the life-changing messages of Jesus Christ.

BFAM has successfully distributed hundreds of thousands of complimentary copies of Rhapsody Bible to communities, prisons, hospitals, private and government institutions across the world that include Gambia, Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa, Philippines, Brazil, Egypt, Poland, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, and Turkey.
