Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was born on 7 7 of December 1973 to Mr. and Mrs. Tim Oyakhilome, as the first son of the family. He was educated in primary and secondary education at Ambrose Alli University. After that he graduated with a BSc Architecture.

The InnerCity Mission for Children is an evangelical Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO). The NGO was established in 2005 in order to help vulnerable, weak orphaned kids around the world.

The TraumaCare International Foundation was created in order to increase the lifespan and health status of communities in the local area. The foundation can accomplish this feat by supporting national policies on health education and trauma treatment.
Over a thousand training sessions for emergency safety and security have been provided by the foundation. It is said that they were able to train thousands of schoolchildren as well as law enforcement officers and teachers, caregivers, and road transport employees.
