Chris Oyakhilome Background
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was born on the 7 7 of December 1973, to Mr and Mrs Tim Oyakhilome, as the first child of the family. He went to primary and secondary school. He then attended Ambrose Alli University (AAU) located in Ekpoma, Edo State of Nigeria and graduated with an BSc. In Architecture.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome entered into ministry when he was an undergraduate student at AAU. At the time, the Believers’ LoveWorld Fellowship, now Believers LoveWorld Incorporated was known as Youths For Christ (YFC).

YFC grew to become the largest campus-based church. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is the location of the headquarters of the church. Believer’s LoveWorld is an international ministry that has thousands of members and associates all around the world.

BLW became the most well-known Christian ministry on TV across Africa through its atmosphere for miracles programme in 2002. They stopped airing the program in May of 2004, when the then President of Nigeria – Olusegun Obasanjo announced that the country’s president had resigned Olusegun Obasanjo announced that churches should stop airing miracles on the television.

This award ceremony which started 5years ago, takes place on the first day of every new year, in the LoveWorld Convocation Arena (LCA) Billings Way, Oregun, Ikeja. The InnerCity Mission to children is a faith based nongovernmental Organisation. The NGO was birthed in 2005 to help the most vulnerable, poor children who are orphaned, vulnerable and living as destitute around the globe..

Trauma Care International Foundation

The Trauma Care International Foundation was founded in order to enhance the health condition and lifespan of communities and countries through the promotion of enhanced emergency response capabilities in the event of accidents and emergencies. The foundation plans to accomplish this feat by educating the public about health, advocacy and community-based programs while positioning to provide support for national policies regarding trauma care.

In doing this, the mission is helping them learn God’s Word and also receive the life-changing message of Jesus Christ.

BFAM distributed many thousands of Rhapsody Bibles to individuals as well as prisons, communities, government and private institutions worldwide. It includes Philippines, Gambia, Ghana and Nigeria.
