Chris Oyakhilome from Nigeria is a pastor, a TV host, and an author. He is president of Believers’ LoveWorld Incorporated, also called Christ Embassy International.

Chris Oyakhilome Background
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome grew up on the 7 thDecember 1973. He was the first member of his family to be born. After his primary and second education, he enrolled in Ambrose Alli University in Ekpoma (Edo State), Nigeria, where was awarded a BSc. in Architecture.

AAU also conferred him an honourary Doctor of Science. He also has an honorary doctorate in divinity from the Benson Idahosa University. Reverend Chris was earlier married to Anita Obhodaghe. They have two children.

Chris Oyakhilome Ministries
While still in school at AAU, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome began to get involved in ministry. The Believers’ LoveWorld fellowship was then known as Youths For Christ (YFC).

YFC has seen rapid growth and was the largest campus fellowship. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Through the”Atmosphere for Miracles” series, BLW became Africa’s most popular Christian ministry on television. They stopped airing this programme in May 2004 after the former President of Nigeria- President Olusegun Obasanjo declared that miracles should be ceased by churches.

The ministry of Pastor Chris is divided into four areas: publishing ministry, healing ministry, television ministry, teaching ministry and TV ministry. These are the ministries was used to develop the healing school, the environment for miracles and Pastor Chris’s prayer network worldwide.

Future Africa Leaders’ Foundation (FALF)
The Future Africa Leaders Foundation, an initiative that seeks to enhance the potential of leadership in Africans, was created. The foundation encourages and recognizes young Africans who have demonstrated the qualities of a leader by making a positive impact in their generation. They accomplish this by teaching and mentoring young people and empowering them.

The foundation honors the achievements put forth by the young leaders by presenting an annual ceremony called The Next Africa Leaders’ award. This ceremony takes place on the eve of each new year at LoveWorld Convocation Arena. The winners receive an award by Reverend Chris Oyakhilome (President of BLW).

Chris Oyakhilome The InnerCity Mission For Children

The InnerCity Mission to children is a religious-based nongovernmental Organisation. In 2005, the NGO was created to aid the most orphaned and needy children who live in the poverty of their homes.

This foundation helps these vulnerable children and communities through providing participation-based and sustainable interventions such as child development programmes for childcare and family strengthening programmes for innercity mission for children school, and other programs.

Trauma Care International Foundation

The TraumaCare International Foundation was established to improve the life expectancy and health status of communities in the local area. The foundation will assist in implementing national policies in trauma care by supporting them through advocacy and health education as well as community-based programs. The foundation has conducted more than 1000 first aid emergency, safety, and training. The foundation has trained over a thousand instructors, law enforcement officers caregivers, road transportation workers.

Volunteer Medical Corps
The Volunteer Medical Corps, a religious outreach of the church is committed to providing aid material as well as medical aid and education for internally displaced people as well as refugees from areas affected by natural and man-made catastrophes.

The outreach consists of a network of christian health professionals, paramedics, and students from all over the world. They provide medical assistance, relief assistance and affordable health solutions to regions and communities in crisis.

VMC also provides health care services to under-served communities as well as manpower development for local health workers. VMC outreach is open to everyone whose primary purpose is to improve health of people in need and provide assistance to those in need.

Bible For All Nation
Bible For All Mission (BFAM) is a christian non-profit organisation, which is dedicated to the production, development and global distribution of the Bible to people of all ages and genders in the format and language they understand. This ministry helps people learn God’s Word and the life-changing message of Jesus Christ.

BFAM has provided hundreds of thousands of free copies of Rhapsody Bible in communities, prisons, hospitals and other institutions across the globe and includes South Africa, Nigeria, Gambia and Ghana. Through the global network of bible donors and volunteers, the outreach was possible.
