NEW YORK – Sept. 8 2022 /PRNewswire/- Today, the Israel Ministry of Tourism announced record-breaking numbers of visitors from the United States who visited Israel during the months of July and August. Israel welcomed 78,000 American tourists in July 2022. It was a four percent increase from 2019 and 71,000 tourists from the United States were in Israel during August 2022.

Prior to the outbreak of COVID-19, we were celebrating record number of Israeli tourism entries every month.
Canada is set to surpass Israel’s arrivals in tourist numbers, with 7,200 tourists visiting Israel in July 2022, and 6,600 in August.
