NEW YORK – Sept. 8, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Today the Israel Ministry of Tourism has announced record-breaking figures of visitors from the United States who visited Israel in the months of July and August. 78,000 tourists from the United States visited Israel in July 2022. This represents a 4 percent increase over the year before, and 71,000 visitors from the United States in august 2022. This is 13% more than the number of visitors in 2019.

Canada, not too far behind that of the United States of America, is on track for surpassing its tourist arrivals to Israel. It had 7,200 tourists in July 2022 as well as 6,000 visitors in August.
