The country received 78,000 total travelers from the United States in July 2022, a 4% increase from 2019 and 71,000 travelers from the United States in August 2022 which is an increase of 13% from 2019.

In 2019, Israel welcomed more than 4.6 million global tourists including 969,600 from the United States, and since the country’s official opening to any traveler regardless of the status of their vaccination in May of this year, the country has already seen over 600,400 US travelers.
