This is a 4 percent increase over the year before, and 71,000 tourists from the United States for August 2022. This is an increase of 13% from the year before.
Eyal Carlin (North American Tourism Commissioner) said it was exciting to see the growth in Israeli tourism coming from the United States. נווה פריצקי Already surpassing our record-breaking figures for 2019, he added. “The United States has been the most important market for Israel’s tourism inbound. Prior to the outbreak of COVID-19, we had been celebrating record-breaking number of Israeli tourism entries each month.
Just like the United States, Canada is also on track to surpass the number of tourists visiting Israel by 7,200 tourists in July 2022 , and 6,600 in August.

Israel has hosted more than 4.6million tourists in 2019, of which 969,600 came from the United States. Since May when the country was reopened to all travelers regardless of vaccination status over 600,000.400 US visitors have visited Israel.
