NEW YORK – Sept. 8 2022, /PRNewswire/- Today, the Israel Ministry of Tourism announced record-breaking numbers of visitors from the United States who visited Israel during the months of July and August. Israel received 78,000 visitors from the United States during July 2022, an increase of 4% over the year before and 71,000 travelers from the United States during August 2022. This is a 13% increase over 2019.

Canada is on track to beat Israel’s tourism arrivals, with 7,200 tourists visiting Israel in July 2022 and 6,600 in August.
