Chris Oyakhilome is a Nigerian pastor, television host, and writer. He is the President of Believers’ LoveWorld Incorporated, also known as Christ Embassy International.

Chris Oyakhilome Background
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome is the first Oyakhilome’s son, having been born to Tim Oyakhilome and Chris Oyakhilome on the 7 th December 1973. He was a pupil at the secondary and primary school. After that, he attended Ambrose Alli University (AAU) in Ekpoma, Edo State of Nigeria in which he earned a BSc. In Architecture.

AAU has also conferred on him with an honourary Doctor of Science. He holds an honorary divinity degree from Benson Idahosa University. The Reverend Chris was married to Anita Obhodaghe once, and they have two kids.

While still in AAU, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was a student. He began exploring the ministry while in AAU. The Believers’ LoveWorld Fellowship which is which is now Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (YFC) was then known as the Believers’ LoveWorld Fellowship.

YFC grew, and it became the largest campus organization. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is the home of the church’s headquarters. Believer’s LoveWorld has millions of associates and followers all over the world.

BLW became the most prominent Christian ministry on television across Africa through its”Atmosphere for Miracles” programme in 2002. The programme was canceled in the month of May, 2004 by the President of Nigeria, Olusegun Obasanjo who announced that churches would no longer broadcast miraculous events on television.

Pastor Chris’s Ministry comprises four distinct parts that include publishing ministry (healing ministry) and television ministry (teaching ministry) and healing ministry (publishing ministry). These are the ministries Pastor Chris used to establish the healing school, the space for miracles, and Pastor Chris’s global prayer network.

The Future Africa Leaders Foundation, an initiative aiming to enhance the potential of leadership in Africans were born, was established. The foundation recognizes and encourages young Africans who have demonstrated exceptional leadership qualities by influencing their generation positively. They accomplish this through education and empowerment of youth .

The InnerCity Mission For Children

The InnerCity Mission is a faith-based non-governmental Organisation (NGO). In 2005 the organization was founded to help the poor homeless, depressed, orphaned and children who are vulnerable .

Through sustainable and participatory interventions, the foundation assists these families and children who are in need. They include programs for child development, childcare, family strengthening programs as well as InnerCity Mission for Children School.

Trauma Care International Foundation

The TraumaCare International Foundation was created to improve the health and life expectancy for communities in the area. The foundation’s mission is to help national policies regarding trauma treatment through advocacy, community-based programs, health education and advocacy.

Volunteer Medical Corps (VMC).
