Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was the first child born to the family of Oyakhilome and was born on the 7th of December, 1973, to Tim Oyakhilome. He completed his primary and secondary studies at Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma in Edo State, Nigeria. The university awarded him an BSc.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome started his ministry career while at AAU. At the time the Believers’ World Fellowship, which is now Believers LoveWorld Incorporated was known as Youths For Christ (YFC).
YFC was growing, and eventually became the largest campus organization. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is the church’s main office. Believer’s LoveWorld is a global ministry with millions upon millions associates around the world has been renamed Believers LoveWorld.
With the 2002-themed miracles, BLW became Africa’s most prominent Christian ministry. The program was canceled in May 2004 , when the president Olusegun Obasanjo of Nigeria declared that churches should stop broadcasting miracles.
Pastor Chris’s Ministry includes four divisions including healing ministry, publishing ministry television ministry and teaching ministry. From these ministries, he developed the healing school and an atmosphere for miracles and the Pastor Chris global prayer network.
