Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was the first child born to the family of Oyakhilome, and was born December 7, 1973, to Tim Oyakhilome. After his primary and secondary schooling, he enrolled in Ambrose Alli University (AAU), Ekpoma, Edo State, Nigeria where he obtained an BSc in Architecture.

Chris Oyakhilome AAU also gave the honourary Doctor of Science Award. He is also an honorary doctorate of divinity from Benson Idahosa University. Reverend Chris was earlier was married to Anita Obhodaghe. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome They have two children.

Chris Oyakhilome Ministry
While still in school at AAU Pastor Chris Oyakhilome began to get involved in ministry. The Believers’ LoveWorld Fellowship was known at the time as Youths For Christ (YFC).

YFC expanded and became the largest fellowship on campus. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. The church’s headquarters is in Lagos. Believer’s LoveWorld is now a global ministry with thousands of members and associates all around the world.

Through the atmosphere for miracles series, BLW became Africa’s most popular Christian ministry on television. The program was cancelled by President Olusegun Obasanjo in May 2004.

Pastor Chris’s Ministry is in four arms including healing ministry, publishing ministry, teaching ministry and television ministry. He has also developed the Pastor Chris Live Global Prayer Network, an environment for miracles, as well as healing schools.

Future Africa Leaders’ Foundation (FALF)
The Future Africa Leaders Foundation (FALF) is an initiative that aims to enhance and develop the leadership capabilities of Africans. The foundation acknowledges, honors and assists young African leaders who have made a an contribution to their generation. They do this by providing education, youth empowerment and mentorship.

The foundation acknowledges the work that these young leaders have made through an annual award ceremony known as The Next Africa Leaders’ prize. The InnerCity Mission for Children is a religious-based non-governmental Organisation (NGO). The organization was founded in 2005, to reach the needy, poor children, orphaned and vulnerable who are destitute in the world.

The TraumaCare International Foundation was founded to increase the lifespan and health status of communities in the local area. The foundation intends to achieve this feat by educating the public about health advocacy, community-based and other programs while positioning to provide support for national policies regarding trauma treatment.

The foundation has provided more than a thousand first aid, safety, and emergency response courses. The foundation has taught over a thousand teachers, law enforcement officers caregivers, road transport workers.

Volunteer Medical Corps
The Volunteer Medical Corps (christian medical outreach) is a worldwide church that provides aid and medical assistance to people who are internally displaced or are refugees from areas affected by natural or human-made catastrophes.

The outreach is comprised of students from every Nation, paramedics and christian health workers. The volunteers offer medical treatment, relief assistance and sustainable health care solutions to communities and regions that are in need.

VMC also provides health services to communities in need and manpower development to local health workers. VMC outreach is open to all those who have a primary purpose to improve health and humanitarian assistance for those in need.
