The EESTEC Congress is the annual General Assembly of the Association held yearly in one of the member cities. LC Cosenza is the present responsible for the organization of the next Congress in 2003. It is a place and occasion to discuss organizational matters and operating policies, to elect the new Board, to establish Exchanges and Workshops, discussions about the acceptance of new Local Committees, etc.
